Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Branch OIC (Officer-in-Charge). As a Branch OIC, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our branch, ensuring smooth functioning and providing excellent customer service.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing a team of employees, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and handling customer inquiries and complaints.
Key qualifications for this position include strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a proven track record in sales and customer service. A degree in business administration or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
