Job Description
Job Summary:
The Business Development Officer will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the land sector. This role requires strong networking skills, market knowledge, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify potential land development opportunities through market research and analysis.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire and develop land for various projects.
- Build and maintain relationships with landowners, developers, brokers, and other industry stakeholders.
- Negotiate land purchase agreements, joint venture partnerships, and other contractual arrangements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to assess feasibility and execute land development projects.
- Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and market conditions to identify opportunities and risks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or real estate development with a land focus.
- Strong knowledge of land acquisition, zoning regulations, and real estate market dynamics.
- Proven track record of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
