Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents at Orbit-Teleservices Ortigas Site.
List of vacant positions:
- Customer Service Representative
- Technical Support Representative
- Sales/Retail Representative
- Travel and Hotel Associate
- Healthcare Specialist
- Financial Associate
- Telemarketer

General Responsibilities:
- Identify and address customer needs using provided scripts.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy with customers.
Qualifications:
- Face to face interview at Ortigas required.
- Available to work onsite.
- 18 years old or above, High School graduate.
- Conversant in Basic English.
Nice to have: Proven customer service experience.
