Caldwell Communications is hiring for the position of CALL CENTER (Voice & Non-Voice) at CaldwellBPO Luzon.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence.
- Resolve customer issues on first contact.
- Match customers’ needs to Clients’ products.
- Use persuasion skills to gain customer buy-in.
- Share information with clients and colleagues.
