Job Description
Office Assignment: Bajada, Davao City
Clerk IV (Loans Documentation) is responsible for clerical matters related to loan processing on collateral including typing, preparing promissory notes, REM, CHATTEL, voluntary surrender on with SPA, MVR and finalizing forms and contracts. In-charge of the loan folder of individual member under mortgage, preparation of loan documents for notarial and maintain records and filling system of pertinent documents and forms.
He is accountable for preparing the documents related to loan with collateral processing to the Registry of deeds (ROD) and Land Transportation Office (LTO) and other related government agencies.
QUALIFICATION:
- Graduate of a Bachelors College degree in Commerce or any Business related course.
- Preferably with experience in processing collateral, REM, CHATTEL and contracts.
- With driver’s license.
- Knowledgeable in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements.
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: Php14,00.00 – Php16,00.00 per month
