Job Description
The Collector I is responsible for the preparation and sending of collections notices and billings statements of collection, receiving of loan payments, savings deposits, and remittances. They also assist in the withdrawal of salaries and pensions of members from Automated Teller Machine (ATM) and/or POS. Additionally, they are responsible for preparing necessary reports related to follow-up and collection, and regularly providing management feedback on members’ current status.
