Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated Clinic Manager Frontdesk to join our team. The Clinic Manager Frontdesk is responsible for overseeing the administrative operations of our clinic, ensuring smooth workflow, and providing excellent customer service to patients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, coordinating patient records, and handling inquiries
- Supervising a team of receptionists, ensuring they provide exceptional service and maintain a professional appearance
- Coordinating with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow and timely billing and payment processes
- Monitoring inventory and supplies, ordering necessary items as needed
- Resolving patient complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, proven leadership abilities, and a customer-oriented mindset. Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service role is preferred.
