Job Description
– Facilitates preparation of Vans and Trikes partial audit every Saturday and/or if any agent will be on scheduled leave or there is a turnover of accountability.
– Submits an incident report for inventory variance over the company’s set amount.
– Reports immediately all suspicious transactions noted in the conduct of partial audit.
– Shall monitor the daily deposit of cash collection of agents on the group chat and follow up with the Supervisor if not updated.
– Conducts pre-audit of all petty cash disbursements before pay-out.
– Checks if all reimbursements are duly supported and are valid expenses, and coordinate with the GPS In-charge to confirm all reimbursements related to routes and delivery.
– Monitors all BO (Bad order) coming from booking accounts and ensures proper documentation and recorded timely on the system.
– Prepares an analysis report for suspicious volume of BO coming from Local and Secondary accounts.
Qualifications:
- At least have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or an equivalent.
- With experience in conducting field audit.
- Excellent communicator and can effectively communicate in a variety of ways, including via written and verbal communication.
