Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
- Follow standard operations
- Recognize and escalate priority problems
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Perform basic troubleshooting
Qualifications:
- With or without BPO Experience
- High School/ALS Graduate
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Full-time position with Php20,00.00 – Php30,00.00 monthly pay.
Benefits include additional leave, health insurance, and promotion opportunities.
Schedule: 8-hour shift, Day/Evening shift, Monday to Friday.
Supplemental pay types available.
