What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 2-3 years in customer service, especially in roles interacting directly with customers.
Communication Skills: Neutral accent and a natural ability to engage customers.
Preferred Background: Experience in telesales/e-commerce is a plus, but not required.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Asana and Freshsales is highly valued.
Language Skills: Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
Technical Requirements:

Memory: At least 8GB RAM.
Headset: Must have a noise-canceling headset.
Backup Resources: Reliable backups for power and laptop, with contingencies for electricity outages.
