Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates and liaises any Customer requests to concerned parties for timely completion of Account Management Support
  • Provides administrative support to Sales Team, Direct Clients, Agents, and Brokers
  • Collates data, prepares, and submits weekly Monitoring Reports to Immediate Superior regarding concerns and transactions
  • Responds to inquiries from Direct Clients, Agents, and Brokers, collaborates with concerned Department
  • Handles daily transactions from various touch points ensuring proper attention

Experience and Training

  • Minimum one year experience in customer services and client management
  • HMO experience is a plus
