Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Collaborates and liaises any Customer requests to concerned parties for timely completion of Account Management Support
- Provides administrative support to Sales Team, Direct Clients, Agents, and Brokers
- Collates data, prepares, and submits weekly Monitoring Reports to Immediate Superior regarding concerns and transactions
- Responds to inquiries from Direct Clients, Agents, and Brokers, collaborates with concerned Department
- Handles daily transactions from various touch points ensuring proper attention
Experience and Training
- Minimum one year experience in customer services and client management
- HMO experience is a plus
