Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team at INGCOTOOLS PH. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance and resolving any issues they may have.
Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions, and documenting customer interactions and transactions. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach are essential for this role.
