Job Description
- Assisting clients with their accounts, orders, and any concerns or questions they have regarding the websites and products quickly, proficiently, and professionally.
- Working with internal teams with steps or concerns related to customer’s orders and inquiries.
- Monitoring stock levels in relation to orders placed and payment method processing.
- Maintaining organized data of orders being worked on and closed tickets.
- Opening and following investigations with couriers on lost and late packages.
- Creating Customer Support Status reports to be aligned with the team.
- Partaking in improvement projects; Internal product and policy feedback and more.
