Job Description
The Store Supervisor is responsible for the daily running of stores to minimize costs and maximize profits, ensuring promotions are accurate and in compliance with company standards. The role includes managing staff, prioritizing customer care, and overseeing logistics, marketing, HR, customer service, IT, and finance.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer service oriented
- Computer savvy
- Demonstrates leadership potential and problem-solving abilities
- Team player with initiative and adaptability
- Willing to work in Metro Manila, can start immediately
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php22,00.00 per month
