Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents.

General Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess customers’ needs, provide solutions, maintain professionalism, empathy, and patience.
Qualifications:
- Willing to attend an interview at Ortigas
- Filipino Citizen or relevant residence status
- 18+ years old and HS Graduate
- Conversant in English
- Active listening skills and empathy required
