Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any 4 years Business Course or equivalent
- Knowledgeable in ISO registration
- With at least 2 years experience is an advantage
- Keen to details
- With excellent interpersonal skills
- With initiative and self-motivated
- With ISO registration experience
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Set up, copy, scan and store documents
- Create templates
- Manage requests for documentation
- File documents in physical and digital records and ensure appropriate storage
- Review and maintain the accuracy of the records, editing where necessary to ensure they are up to date
- Liaise with and distribute project-related information with all levels of the project team and external parties
- Manage documentation processes within the organization
- Maintain confidentiality around sensitive documentation
- Prepare reports on projects when required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
