Job Description
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- File documents in physical and digital records and ensure appropriate storage.
- Review and maintain the accuracy of the records.
- To liaise with and distribute project-related information with all levels of the project team and clients. Retrieving files for other employees and customers when needed.
- Collaborate and communicate with managers and project leaders.
- Maintain confidentiality around sensitive documentation.
- Database Manpower Monitoring.
- Updating of Progress Weekly Construction Report.
- Submission of Overtime Request.
- Processing of work permit, gate pass, and elevator permit.
- Printing and scanning of floor plans and forms.
- Preparation and consolidation of progress billing.
- Request for information and approval of Shop Drawings.
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
Educational Background:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering / Business Administration / Business Management or equivalent.
Years of Related Experience:
- At least 1 to 2 years relevant work experience.
Others:
- Willing to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines
