Job Description
- Call/texting buyer for the availability of documents for signature and notarized copy (DAS & CTS).
- Routing of DAS/actual CTS and RA.
- Preparation of receiving copy for notary/detaching and filing.
- Routing and preparation of permit (for releasing of title).
- Encoding of permit, electric bill, property tax and notarized documents to CMIS.
- Filing and sorting of OR/CAR (Titling Fee and Property Tax).
- Releasing of Transferred Title to client.

Salary: Php11,00.00 – Php11,200.00 per month
