Job Description
Makati Shangri-La is a deluxe hotel located in the heart of Manila’s financial district, offering luxurious accommodations, exceptional dining options, and world-class facilities. Currently, we are looking to hire a Duty Manager (Night Manager) to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Enhance overall guest experience
- Supervise front desk team
- Keep colleagues updated on hotel offerings
- Monitor arrivals and departures with a focus on guest satisfaction
Requirements:
- Proud hotelier with a passion for hospitality
- Self-motivated and proactive attitude
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience in room and front desk operations
- Proficient in English and local language
- Background in hotel management is a plus
