Job Description
- Responsible for all brand official store related matters on e-commerce platforms including handling customer service.
- Lead point of contact for all account management matters between marketplaces, brands, internal teams, and third party providers
- Responsible for the product uploads, implementation of price updates, promo offers and enrollment and proposing sales plans for campaigns
- Forecasts, tracks and reports key metrics on various platforms, identifies improvement areas, gathers market information to achieve sales goals and objectives
- Knowledgeable on e-commerce platform operations such as Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, Tiktok and the like
