Job Description
Handle order management for E-Commerce platforms.
Provide excellent customer support in all E-commerce related platforms (Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok, Website, etc.)
Manage and oversee all aspects of the store’s operations, including upload and update new product listings.
Managing inventory of the shop.
Responsible for campaigns and promotion tools.
Ads strategy and data analysis.
Tracking competitor pricing.
Follow up on late shipments and ensure shop order fulfillment rate.
Take care of customers, maintenance work orders, follow up and solve their problems, and assist in completing cross-departmental investigations.
Provide recommendations for Customer support improvement.
