Job Description
Functional overview
As an Event Administrator at KMC Solutions, you will provide administrative support across the end-to-end event lifecycle.
Duties and responsibilities
Action tasks and deliverables as part of the event project plan, manage event documentation and registration systems, and communicate with stakeholders.
- Maintain event documentation and filing system
- Create event registration and award submission platforms
- Update design collateral and communicate effectively
- Handle data management pre and post-event
- Perform general administration duties as needed
Minimum competencies
Experience as a PA or EA with schedule organization skills and ability to meet deadlines.
