Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to support our management team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, impeccable attention to detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Responsibilities include managing calendars, making travel arrangements, drafting correspondence, and coordinating meetings. The Executive Assistant will also be responsible for conducting research, preparing reports, and handling confidential information with discretion.
Strong communication skills and proficiency in office software are essential for this role. Prior experience in a similar position is preferred.
