Job Description
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company’s senior-level managers.
- Must speak fluent English
- Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf
- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
- Performing minor accounting duties
- Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
- Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Make Phone calls with suppliers
- Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing sensitive matters
- Basic Accounting
- With Social Media Marketing Experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
