Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Delivering genuine hospitality and exceptional customer service.
- Providing a positive dining experience for guests.
- Delivering food and beverages promptly to the correct tables.
- Assisting guests with menu recommendations and information.
- Greeting, seating, and escorting guests.
- Upselling additional menu items when appropriate.
- Communicating order details accurately to the kitchen staff.
- Collecting bill payments and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Maintaining table appearance and sanitation.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Engaging people skills and excellent communication.
- Ability to multitask for food and beverage orders.
- Flexible to work varying shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Willingness to work in Calamba, Laguna.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php12,00.00 – Php14,00.00 per month
