QUALIFICATIONS
- MALE/FEMALE
- COLLEGE GRADUATE, COLLEGE LEVEL, VOCATIONAL GRADUATE AND HIGH SCHOOL are welcome to APPLY.
- WITH SALES EXPERIENCE
- EXPERIENCE IN FIELD WORK IS AN ADVANTAGE BUT NOT REQUIRED.
- 100% WILLING TO DO FIELD WORK
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Establish and maintain a highly productive agent network.
- Execute sales and marketing strategies in accordance with approved policies and procedures.
- Attend to client concerns.
- Assist and discourage clients with buy-out intentions.
- Accompany and assist agents in marketing activities based on the schedule specified in our MR-agent policy.
- Create effective itinerary and action plans for getting sales leads or prospect clients.
- Generate necessary reports to track sales performance.
- Produce monthly market and environmental assessments which significantly affect sales production levels and recommend actions to be taken to maximize opportunities or mitigate risks and threats.
- Build and maintain good relationships with the community and authorities in the assigned region.
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned.
