Job Description
As a Field Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our products directly to customers. Your primary responsibility will be to establish strong relationships with clients, identify their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
In this role, you will be required to travel extensively, visit clients’ premises, and conduct sales meetings. You should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively present our products and address any concerns or objections.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Provide product demonstrations and deliver persuasive sales presentations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, products, and competitors.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in sales, preferably in a field-based role.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect and build rapport with diverse customers.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
