Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
Encoding:
- 1. Truck Checklist
- 2. Truck status
Booking:
- 1. Lalamove (P-UP Trucks Parts to From Vertex to L2 Whse)
- 2. Transportify
Monitoring:
- 1. Car track Website
- 2. GPS Monitoring of all truck units of L2 Group
- 3. Calling Drivers spot-checking 3 times a day.
– Coordinating Maintenance, Purchasing, Liaison, Iloilo Hub, and CDO Hub
– Ensuring all documents of Truck are updated
– Sorting all related documents
– Outsourcing mechanics and parts if needed
– Requesting budget for maintenance purposes
– Oil monitoring PO
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or a related field preferred
- 1 year of experience in a fleet management role
- Time-management and organizational skills
- Computer proficiency
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php15,860.00 – Php16,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 12-hour shift
- Shift system
Expected Start Date: 03/18/2024
