Responsibilities
- Responsible for assisting in managing all the restaurant’s daily operations
- Manage operations with passion and product knowledge
- Ensure the restaurant exceeds standards in food quality, safety, and cleanliness
- Monitor product and labor costs to stay within targets
- Solicit guest feedback to understand customer needs
- Train and coach staff on guest service principles
- Conduct staff and daily shift meetings to ensure task compliance
Requirements
- Experience in food and beverage operations preferred
- Demonstrate quality consciousness, leadership, and business acumen
- Experience leading staff and handling complaints
- Position and compensation based on experience and interview performance
- Restaurant and Hotel experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php17,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
