Job Description
Lancome Fragrances are known for luxurious service, innovative products, and for the people behind them. The Sr. Beauty Advisor – Fragrance Expertise will assist the store team in creating a memorable service experience for the client.
Objective:
Represents the brand at the store by sharing skills & knowledge, with a focus on perfumery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a luxury experience with brand-specific selling behavior (including product demonstration.)
- Connect with clients and determine their needs and inspire them with expertise on fragrance trends / product.
- Empower the client by teaching them how to use the product.
- Attract new customers & achieve sales objectives by engaging clients in Fragrance.
- Display exceptional, client-centric selling skills with a drive for results with integrity.
- Attend training seminars and/or digital learning modules.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years as a Fragrance/Perfumery Sales Representative in the Luxury Beauty space and/or 3 years overall experience in Luxury Beauty Retail.
- Comfortable performing skincare services on customers’ faces (as necessary and when dictated by customer and business needs) after being trained on all proper protocols to do so.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, possibly including nights, weekends, and/or holidays (dependent on business staffing needs).
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Special Qualification: Chinese Language (Basic Proficiency) highly valued.
