Job Description
I. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY
Maintains the highest standards of member-customer service in attending to membership new applications, renewals, and merchandise transactions.
II. SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Processes membership applications and issues cards.
2. Computes productivity data and prepares reports.
3. Assists member-customers with queries and after-sales services.
4. Ensures accurate counting of till amounts.
5. Conducts initial audit of membership applications.
6. Coordinates repair item status with receiving clerk.
7. Handles merchandise refunds and replacements within policy.
8. Tracks lost and found items accurately.
9. Maintains cleanliness and orderliness at work area.
IV. JOB SPECIFICATIONS
EDUCATION: College Level
EXPERIENCE/SKILL: 1 year in related field
PERSONALITY: Decisive, self-motivated, and people-oriented
