Job Description
Job Position: Helpdesk Technician
A Helpdesk Technician provides technical assistance and support to end-users experiencing computer hardware or software issues. They diagnose and resolve technical problems, ranging from simple login errors to complex system malfunctions.
- Respond to inquiries, diagnose issues, and provide effective solutions
- Install and configure computer systems and software
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate IT personnel
- Maintain records of helpdesk requests and resolutions
