Job Description
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- RECRUITMENT, PLACEMENT, AND HIRING
- Assist in recruitment activities to build a strong talent pool.
- TRAINING
- Prepare documentation for employee training.
- Assist in organizing pre-orientation for new hires.
- PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
- Support in employee evaluations.
- RECOGNITION AND REWARDS
- Create rewards programs to boost employee motivation.
- EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT
- Assist in orienting employees with their duties and responsibilities.
- OTHER ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES
- Perform clerical tasks and maintain employee files.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php13,00.00 – Php14,00.00 per month
Schedule: 8 hour shift
Education: Bachelor’s (Preferred)
Experience: Human Resources: 1 year (Preferred)
