Job Description
As an HR Associate – Recruitment, you will play a vital role in our organization’s talent acquisition process. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, attract, and select qualified candidates to meet our staffing needs.
You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective job descriptions. Utilizing various recruitment channels, you will source potential candidates, pre-screen resumes, and conduct initial interviews.
Additionally, you will coordinate and schedule interviews, perform reference checks, and provide feedback to candidates. Your attention to detail and excellent communication skills will ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
In this role, you will also assist in maintaining our applicant tracking system, analyzing recruitment metrics, and participating in recruitment events to promote our employer brand.
