Job Description
- Responsible for daily recruitment process from sourcing to deployment.
- Tags deployed applicants and monitors open manpower requests.
- Endorses qualified applicants for store deployment.
- Ensures completeness of employment requirements.
- Updates master file on deployment and monitors status.
- Processes regular reports on manpower deployment and vacancies.
- Experience in digital marketing and editing (Canva, Facebook, TikTok).
- Proactive, public speaker, good communication skills.
- Knowledgeable in Google Workspace (Word, Excel & Powerpoint).
