Job Description
Responsible for designing and implementing learning strategies, managing training programs, and developing employees.
Job Qualifications:
- 1. Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business, Management Engineering, or related courses;
- 2. 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in Learning & Development.
- 3. Proven experience in Learning & Development and Corporate Social Responsibility.
- 4. Skills required: Oral and written communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, project management, leadership, training design, CSR, MS Office.
- 5. Location: Binugao, Toril Davao City.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php18,00.00 – Php23,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus
Ability to Commute:
- Toril, Davao del Sur (Required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Toril, Davao del Sur: Relocate before starting work (Required)
