Job Description
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Development Management, or related programs.
- 1 to 5 years experience in HR or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions like pay & benefits, recruitment, training, etc.
- Skilled in problem-solving and effective communication.
- High computer literacy with MS Office proficiency.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Recruitment process knowledge.
- Employee file preparation and maintenance.
- Assisting in payroll and benefits documentation.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and policies.
- Promote equality and safety in the workplace.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
