Job Description
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of Supervisory work experience in food manufacturing or related industry.
- Willing to work in Binan, Laguna.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge in payroll system and general administration.
- With excellent organization and time management skills.
- Problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
- Proven ability to build strong working relationships, internally and externally.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Known for a good moral and ethical code.
- Can handle pressure.
- Willing to be trained.
