Job Description
Work Arrangement
Full 5-day work in the office
The Role
The overall job purpose is to deliver reliable hub services by simplifying, standardizing, and fine-tuning hub processes. Key tasks include supervising staff, analyzing performance metrics, ensuring compliance, and managing inventory.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations.
- Conduct GEMBA walks for effectiveness.
- Review previous day’s metrics.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
Supplemental Pay Types:
- 13th-month salary
- Performance bonus
Experience:
- Logistics: 5 years (Preferred)
