Job Description
John Clements Japan Desk (PERSOL PHILIPPINES) is seeking an Import – Export Staff to handle inbound and outbound transactions for shipments and transportation.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage data for international and local shipment, transportation, and ports management.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders for smooth shipping and receiving processes.
- Prepare orders, manage pricing information, and handle supplier invoices.
- Ensure proper documentation for shipments and importation.
- Monitor delivery schedules and customs releases with attention to detail.
- Maintain status reports and update permit requirements.
- Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Qualification:
· Graduate of any 4-year course
· Minimum 2 years of Impex work experience
· On-site work required in BGC
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
