Job Description
SUMMARY: The Inventory Planner Assistant is responsible for monitoring all purchase orders created to ensure supplier receipt and processing according to designed requirements; and purchase order follow up.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Verify that items on purchase orders are current and pricing is correct
- Update PO information received from suppliers into software with accuracy
- Respond to routine supplier inquiries
- Communicate with employees and suppliers in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Perform all work in accordance to ISO processes and procedures
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficient level of knowledge of buying practices
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects with a high degree of accuracy
- Proficient with applicable computer systems and software, MS Excel
- Detail-oriented, well-organized
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From Php22,00.00 per month
