Job Description
● Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
● Successful candidates will be part of a team that will be responsible for providing support for various Client offices.
● At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
● Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve problems related to hardware and software.
● Receives calls and inquiries, provides support in accordance with established processes, and documents incidents and resolutions.
● Provide one-on-one end-user incident & service request resolution over the phone for workstation software and hardware.
● Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support.
● Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed customers’ expectations.
● Perform all hardware and software concerns like assisting in the new installation/setup, maintenance update/upgrade, and troubleshooting.
● Maintain detailed and up-to-date documentation (equipment inventory, network diagrams, and device configurations).
● Good Communication Skills.
● Able to work under pressure, multitask, and be reliable. Knowledge and Skills:
● Exhibit good knowledge in computers (desktop/laptop/mobile devices/peripherals) hardware and software applications setup/maintenance and troubleshooting.
● Basic knowledge in network (wired/wireless) setup/maintenance/troubleshooting.
