Job Description
The Junior Data Analyst reports to the management team of NYFD HQ and is responsible for ensuring critical projects are expertly organized, scheduled, analyzed, communicated, and managed to help the organization achieve their business objectives.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Aptitude for data analysis
- Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize projects to meet deadlines
- Expert knowledge in Microsoft Excel + Google Sheets with the ability to create pivot tables, graphs, and charts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively relate data to coworkers
- General knowledge of business operations, objectives, strategies, process, and information flow
- Possess core values of commitment, quality, respect, communication, and teamwork
- Comfortable speaking English and delivering a great customer experience
- Highly self-motivated with excellent attention to detail and a can-do attitude
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Generate and download pre-populated reports from practice management software
- Distribute daily task lists for all multiple service lines
- Generate marketing campaign lists and maintain the database
- Perform data cleanups, document processes, and investigate data discrepancies
- Maintain databases, ensure accuracy, protect information confidentiality
- Assist with special projects as needed
Please be aware, the candidate must be willing to commute to our office located in Clark.
