Job Description
As a Key Account Officer, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our key clients. Your primary role will be to develop strategic partnerships, identify new business opportunities, and maintain customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Ensure client retention by providing excellent customer service
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue
- Resolve any issues and concerns raised by clients in a timely manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet clients’ needs and objectives
- Prepare regular reports and conduct performance analysis
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Key Account Officer or in a similar role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
- Degree in Business Administration or related field
