Job Description
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Accounting/College Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, and Financial Management.
- Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and keen on meeting deadlines.
- Willing to be assigned at DIVIMALL HEAD OFFICE (SAN MIGUEL MANILA).
- Identifies/sources potential tenants.
- Prepares lease proposals, offer sheets, notice of award, lease contract, and other leasing documents using the standard format.
- Provides necessary orientations to new tenants (housekeeping rules and other applicable company policy, rules, and regulations).
- Facilitates ingress of new tenants.
- Conducts monthly monitoring and evaluation of active contracts to check timeliness of payments, compliance to established and agreed standards, and termination dates.
- Meets or communicates with tenants as requested or as needed to resolve concerns and foster good business partnership.
- Facilitates the processing of refund for Security Deposit, Cash bond, and excess payment of pulled-out tenants.
