Job Description
- Oversees daily sales operation in the department handled.
- Work directly with the Store Manager to ensure the achievement of sales, retention, and quality targets.
- Monitor customer service interactions to identify sales opportunities within all transactions.
- Maintained knowledge of current sales and promotions in the department.
- Manages daily sales floor operations to deliver an outstanding customer experience in the store.
- Monitor product display, signage, pricing, and stocks on the floor.
- Ensure orderliness and cleanliness of the warehouse in the assigned department.
- Control B.O and lessen shrinkage.
- Conduct training to develop the skills of subordinates.
- Delegates duties and responsibilities to subordinates.
- Performs other tasks assigned by the immediate head.
