Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and report case status for prompt action.
- Support case preparation and organize materials.
- Maintain filing system for document retrieval.
- Handle office communications and record meeting minutes.
- Provide general administrative support.
Qualifications:
- Computer Skills: Email writing, note transcribing, legal document research, and spreadsheet creation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Political Science/Law or related field.
- Experience in the field is a plus.
- Proficient in business writing and correspondence.
Required Skills:
- Attention to detail.
- High integrity and confidentiality maintenance.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly organized.
