Job Description
FERRIS SOBELL PROPERTIES INC. is currently seeking a dedicated Maintenance Staff to join our team. This position will be responsible for performing various cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
Responsibilities include:
- Performing cleaning activities, such as dusting, mopping, and trash removal
- Completing regular maintenance tasks, including replacing light bulbs and gardening
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php610.00 – Php744.46 per day
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Ability to Commute: Caloocan City (Required)
Ability to Relocate: Caloocan City – Relocate before starting work (Required)
