Position Overview:
This role focuses on ensuring seamless operations and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer inquiries effectively, escalate when necessary.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the system.
- Stay updated on company policies for customer support.
- Collaborate in a positive team environment.
- Basic troubleshooting as needed.
