Job Description
Reviewing user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform guidelines and policies, and taking appropriate actions such as removal or flagging of violating content.
Monitoring user interactions, including comments and messages, to identify and address instances of harassment, hate speech, or other harmful behavior.
Handling user reports and complaints regarding content-related issues and taking necessary actions based on the platform’s policies.
Staying informed about changes in content policies and guidelines and ensuring moderation practices align with the latest updates.
Keeping detailed records of content reviews, actions taken, and user interactions for future reference, reporting, and analysis.
